KATC has signed an agreement with EZ Link to participate in a Trust Program to safeguard consumers’ purchases of –

“GEARLife Warranty”

The objective is to instill greater consumer confidence in KATC offering prepaid warranty in gearbox for all repair and services where the program is managed by EZ Link.

The program is supported by the Consumers Association of Singapore (CASE) which features EZ Link as the custodian of funds through the bank partner to give consumers the confidence of obtaining refunds should KATC cease operation.
